The Village Runner 4th of July 5K

This was actually a great 5k. It was overcast and cool, and the course was right along the ocean. Irving wanted me to start out at a 9 minute pace, but that lasted all of 10 minutes before I settled into my comfortable 11min/mile pace. That was much beter. 🙂

Finished in 35:09!

In honor of my country, I ran a 5K with Irving today!
