We had a “green” dinner the other night!
I made some bowtie pasta, and mixed it with a homemade pesto sauce that Irving got at Home Girl Cafe! Then topped it with some mozzerella cheese. The pesto was great, tasted fresh and earthy. There was a hint of spice in it too. Pretty good!
On the side, wehad chopped Romaine Salads with cucs, peppers, olives and cheese. YUM!
