So I get a huge envelope in the mail this week addressed to me. The envolope declares that it is “official business”.

Well, I open it up, and inside is a Calendar! Yes, a calendar.

And if you look closely at the envelope it comes in:

Apparently 12-month calendars with pretty pictures are not only “Official Business”, but also a “Public Document”…. And apparently one that I PAID FOR! Do you see that? “This mailing was prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense”.  Is that for real?

I have an idea, why don’t you just KEEP your dumb calendar and lower my taxes. Thanks.
