This is the first of what I’m sure will be multiple posts about where we find Rosie the Roomba.
She’s supposed to go back to her homebase when she’s done cleaning… unless she finds mischief to distract her along the way!
Today I came home from work… and Rosie was NOT where she was supposed to be. So then I began to hunt around looking for her.
At first, I couldn’t find her!
THERE SHE IS!

She was hiding under my clothes in the closet!
A very clean closet though!
Then I found out why she was hiding! She tried to vacuum up the string on one of my shirts!
Once I untangled her, she got right back to work again! Nice job Rosie!
Here’s a video of her finishing what she started!

A question – does it change how it vacuums for rugs and hard surfaces? I really want to get one for our family room (mainly) as it accumulates dirt really fast… and maybe it’ll train Jake to keep papers off the floor! 🙂
Yea, it knows hard surfaces from carpet. It transitions automatically between them!
Ha! I play the same game every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when I get home. Last week I found it had tired itself out after tangling itself on the necklace I wore at your wedding, which it had knocked off my nightstand and then tried to eat. Luckily, it wasn’t too tangled so both the necklace and the Roomba are fine!
