This morning, I went out to meet the LA Racers for a run in Porter Ranch. I just didn’t want to go. I have been tired all week, and I’m not really training for any immediate races, so it’s hard to get motivated! But it was a beautiful morning.
Luckily had had Rhoda to be my rabbit today. She’s fast!
My mind was wandering and my body was trying to keep up! 
Running up there is so peaceful and suburban! 
Thanks for pacing me, Rhoda! 
I ended up doing 4.75 miles in 1 hour and 4 minutes.
I was SO excited to get this after. It as HOT! 
Not a bad way to spend a Sunday Morning!
