When we were back on the east coast, we picked up a package of “Apple Crisp Mix”. So perfect for New England, right?
We bought a whole crate of apples from Costco, so we got to work!
First, you layer the apples. Irving was pretty proud of how thin he sliced them. Next, you sprinkle them with sugar!
Mix the “Apple Crisp Mix” with butter until it gets clumpy.
Here’s my personal mixer. He’s doing a fine job, yes?
Next, layer the mix on top of the apples and bake!
When it’s done, serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream. MMmm! Tastes like New England!
