This morning, I volunteered to help out my friends with “Team in Training” this morning. They had a lot of people doing 18 miles today, in preparation of the San Diego Marathon.

I helped set up and run the team’s water stop.

It was pretty hot for them today, but there was plenty of Gatorade to around!

While we were out there, we spotted this guy out on the golf course!
 

Ahhh! I’m a little scared of Coyotes!

Funny story… last year, I was running in this park, and I thought I saw a coyote and I started screaming “Coyote! Coyote! ahhh!!” Then I heard some guy go “Come here, boy!” Yup. It was someone’s golden retriever! HAHAHA But today, that was the real deal!

After everyone was done running, we had a little fun with a Hula Hoop!

So much fun! We were out in the park for about 6 hours today! I definitely got my vitamin D today.
