We’ve definitely gotten better about not rocking Adele to sleep every time. This week has been so refreshing and my arms have enjoyed the relief! She’s learning to fall asleep on her own and every day gets easier. 
Today, she was a little clingier than usual though. She just wanted to be held all morning, so I finally surrendered to her beautiful little eyes and tucked her into the Moby for a few hours. 
She loved being close to me and probably loved being bounced around as I did chores around the house. But the best part was that my arms didn’t have to hold her up! HOORAY!
