Has anyone else ever had Sciatica Pain? I’ve been dealing with this for months now, and I can’t figure out what it is, and more importantly, how to get rid of it! At first I thought I had a slipped disc or something in my spine. Then I thought it could be from running. But I’m pretty sure I have something pinching my sciatica nerve.

I can’t sit still because my whole leg is aching in pain. It’s really distracting me from whatever I’m doing. I lay in bed at night for hours because I just can’t make the pain go away. The only thing that helps is rolling around on a tennis ball on the bedroom floor for an hour.

Will this go away on it’s own? Help!!!

Somebody (mostly me) forgot to pack the laptop! So no blog posts with pictures today!

Hope you had a great thanksgiving!

Irving and I got up at 5:30a this morning to go for an early morning run. It was so nice to get the blood pumping as the sun was just starting to rise.

Then we got home, I showered…. and went back to bed for an hour and a half. Oh well. Sometimes the promise of a nap is the only thing that can get me out of bed in the morning.
