I picked Adele up from school one day last week and she had her very first ponytail!!!!! I was so excited I almost cried. When I got home, I clipped a bow onto it as well. My mom started calling her “Pebbles”. haha
I tried to take her (very late) 11 month photos with her new hair-do, but needless to say, things didn’t quite work out as planned.
Sorry Adele, you can’t play the Uh-Oh game with the alarm clock.
After a half hour, a million blurry photos, and two close-calls with Adele nearly falling off the couch, this is the official 11-month photo that will be going in her baby book.

For us night shift people, Memorial Day is just another day for us to sleep. Unlike most people, ill wake up at 5pm on an empty stomach, drink 5 cups of coffee and go to work until 7am. I hope the rest of the world appreciates the sunlight, good company, family, BBQs, long weekends and drinks… The little things night shifters miss out on.
I’m only a little bit bitter. Haha good thing my niece is the cutest little girl in the world! I get to see her so so soon… So everyone can be jealous of THAT. 🙂
It’s so hard to take those monthly photos when they are active, huh?! My plan for Memorial Day is to finish up some crafty decorations for Espen’s birthday party next week. Can you believe it’s already time to celebrate?!
We’re going to see Fleetwood Mac at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend, kid-free!

Just love Adele’s ponytail. So very cute. Tommy and I are having a BBQ on Sunday. Your mom and dad are coming, as well as, some of Tommy’s cousins. Looking forward to nice day with our dear friends who are like family and the cousins.
She is so stinking cute, love the ponytail! We are heading up to North Conway for hiking, cookouts, and the Duck Races which means tons if muddy puppy paw prints! Cannot wait to see you guys when you come home!
We are going to Ally’s soccer tournament in Needham this weekend. We have Monday off so we will most likely have a family cookout and relax! That us how the Drouin’s will spend their Memorial Day weekend…

Haha I love this!!! Her little ponytail is adorable. And she didn’t take it out! We are taking Sophie to Busch Gardens to meet her Sesame Street friends! 🙂
I love Adele’s ponytail, lol. And I love giveaways…so my plans for Memorial Day include spending some time with my family, dropping off baby items to get professionally cleaned, doing a bit of work, and relaxing.
