I think everyone in our families are excited to have a little one around again. It’s been about 6 years since my youngest cousin was born, so I think my grandparents are enjoying Adele.

PS… how do my mom AND my grandmother both have an iPad before me? They are so funny teaching each other about their apps. ha!

It’s been so hot here this week!! Good thing we have family with pools! We headed over to Aunty Carol’s for some swimming one day. 
But first, some pictures with Adele! 
Adele is so stinking cute in her bathing suit. 
She wasn’t so sure about this pool business, so daddy showed her how fun it could be! 
Ok, she’s convinced! Let’s go swimming! 
She LOVED it. She kicks and smiles and is just so content in the water. I can’t wait to start swimming lessons, but I think I should wait a few more months. Thoughts? 
Man, I wish I could bottle these summer days up and open them one by one all winter long. 
Why doesn’t Los Angeles know how to make a good New England Turkey Sub??? AMAZING. 
Back to swimming! Grammie taught swimming lessons for years when we were little. She was excited to get in the pool with a little one again! 
Summer Nights September 8, 2012
I think my parents get excited when all three of their girls are in town at the same time. Of course that means making a big dinner to be shared among family. 
After this meal, the kids went out on a walk together. We strapped Adele onto Laurie and headed out. 
My back, neck and shoulders have been very grateful for my sisters this week!
We’re having a great time, soaking in all of the New England Summers as we can.
