I love this skirt. It looks so vintage. Something about babies in vintage makes me smile. I need to find more like this.
Eastern Europe–What I Wore October 9, 2011
When I left, my suitcase looked like this:
So how does that translate into travel outfits? Here it is day by day.
DAY 1 – LAX to BERLIN (Travel Day)
We had a total of 18 hours in airports and airplanes, so comfort was key!
DAY 3 – BERLIN to DRESDEN to PRAGUE
DAY 5 – VIENNA Classical Music Concert
DAY 8 – BUDAPEST to SLOVAKIA to KRAKOW
DAY 9 – KRAKOW
Yep. I rewore a shirt. I had a few to rewear during this trip and here is the 1st. Don’t judge. Chalk it up to good packing.
Day 13 – Munich
Yep. Same shirt as day 3.
DAY 15 – SALZBURG SOUND OF MUSIC TOUR
DAY 15 – SALT MINES TOUR
Their clothes, not mine. LOL
Which outfit was your favorite? Would you be caught dead in sneakers in Europe? For me there isn’t an option. We walk way too much for strappy sandals. ha!
Photography Challenge–Clothes and Clouds October 3, 2011
I have to remember to start carrying our good camera with me wherever I go to remind myself to take more pictures.
I’m still psyched about the Photography Challenge so here’s the past two days:
DAY 2 – WHAT I WORE TODAY
We were invited to see Ghetto Klown in Hollywood yesterday and enjoyed a night out in Hollywood (more details about that soon!)
Here’s my picture artistic picture of what I wore to the show. I love Hollywood even if it’s dirty and it smells funny. There’s something romantic under all that grit.
DAY 3 – CLOUDS
I have to admit that I actually took this picture last week enroute to a Blogger Dinner with Amanda, Andy, Kaitlin and Katherine. I was driving West on the 118 and was blinded by the sun and the golden clouds. I seriously almost pulled over to star at this. These were the most amazing clouds I’ve ever seen in LA.

A Test Run April 22, 2011
I’m so excited that She Runs LA is less than a week away! I plan on getting up early and cranking out a 10K next Thursday and I’m excited!
And guess what came in the mail today! My She Runs LA Tanktop! And it’s PINK!
It’s a racer back top which is awesome. I don’t have a running tank top so I’m excited to get a lot of use out of this one. I think it would be good for yoga too. Tonight I took my new shirt and went for a 3.1 mile walk. I talked to my mom for most of it, and jogged/walked the rest. My shins are still super sore from Ragnar (probably because I was undertrained for it) and I don’t want to make them mad before the race next week!
But instead of ‘mall walking’, I did ‘speed walking’. In fact some random guy approached me to tell me I must be going really fast since he had just seen me on a street a half mile back. ha!
So excited for the Mike Posner concert at the Post Race party too. “You think you’re cooler than me….”
PS…. remember all that Easter Candy?
It now looks like this…
Who ate all my M&Ms? Surely it wasn’t me….
Color Coordination September 28, 2010
Irving and I couldn’t really decide what to do tonight, so out of boredom, I decided to organize my side of the closet. Irving’s is always pretty neat and orderly, but my side… not so much.
I typically organize my clothes by “type” (sweater vs. tshirt vs. tank top) but this time… I was living on the wild side and decided to try organizing them by COLOR. ohhh pretty!
And since we live in LA, it’s mostly tshirts (although I sure do miss big comfy New England sweaters!)
All the ducks in a row…
I give it about a week until this all ends up mismatched and piled up in the corner… just sayin’.
